How much does it cost per night for a ministry family to stay at the Guesthouse?
There is no cost to the families that stay with us. We are supported by the generosity of our donors. Our donors are the means of God's grace that we may provide for the families who come to us.
Can we choose which rooms we want to stay in?
Due to the nature of our ministry, we need to have flexibility in placing families in areas that best match their needs. All efforts will be made to place folks in rooms that are the suitable for them.
What is there to do at the Guesthouse?
There is no agenda for your activities while here. Our calling is to provide true hospitality. If you need rest, encouragement, counseling, clothing, fellowship, a home cooked meal or just a date-night without the kids, just let us know and we will do our very best to facilitate this for you.
Can we bring our pets?
We really do like them but no, please leave them at home.
Are meals provided?
We provide our guests with some food but for stays more than a couple of nights we recommend either bringing some groceries or buying them once you are here. If food is an issue, just ask and we'll help. There are also a wide variety of local restaurants available.
How long can families stay?
We are a house of hospitality, not simply lodging. Guests may stay for a night or up to a month. We do offer a place to sleep but we are much more than that. We are a place for those who minister to others to be ministered to.
What do we need to bring with us?
We provide all of your towels, linens and even enough food and snacks for a few meals. For lengthy stays, folks are welcome to use the washer and dryers in the Guesthouse.
